COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A motorcycle and two SUV’s in Coldwater were heavily damaged early last night in a fire on the city’s west side. There were no injuries in the fire in a parking lot on the southwest corner of US 12 and Butters Avenue.
The incident was sparked when the motorcycle caught on fire and spread to the other two cars. The Coldwater Fire Department said all 3 vehicles were well involved when they reached the scene at 6:40 p.m., but the flames were quickly extinguished with the blaze reported out in less than 10 minutes.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation. The vehicles were totaled in the fire. No names have been released.
