ANN ARBOR, MI (WTVB) – D’Mitrik Trice scored 28 points and had four assists to help lead Wisconsin to an 81-74 road win over No. 19 Michigan in men’s college basketball.
The win is the Badgers’ fifth in a row, and they are now tied with several teams for second place in the Big Ten standings at 11-6, looking for byes in the upcoming conference tournament.
Michigan had its five-game winning streak snapped despite Zavier Simpson’s 32 points, five rebounds and six assists. Franz Wagner had 17 points for the Wolverines.
U of M, 18-and-10 overall and 9-and-8 in the Big Ten. visits Ohio State Sunday.
