WASHINGTON, D.C. (WTVB) – The U.S. Supreme Court was scheduled to review Michigan’s ban on same sex marriage on Friday to decide whether or not to hear the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals decision to uphold the ban. It conflicts with decisions in several other appellate courts, but no decision was reported. They say maybe next week. The Justices have to make up their mind sometime this month if they want to squeeze the case into this session.
