DALLAS, TX (WTVB) – Dallas made it official on Thursday, signing Jason Garrett to a new contract agreement to remain the Cowboys’ head coach. The pact will pay the Princeton product $30 million for the 5-year deal. Garrett led the Cowboys to the playoffs this season for the first time since 2009. Dallas captured the NFC East title with a 12-4 record and then beat the Lions in the wild-card round before losing at Green Bay in the divisional round last Sunday.
