QUINCY, MI (WTVB) – The destination to change the winter blahs in Branch County into a winter weekend of fun for the whole family is Quincy and the 53rd annual Chain of Lakes Tip Up Festival happening tomorrow and Sunday. There’s lots of fishing and food, raffles and contests, the Fisherman’s Ball tomorrow night, a craft show, and the always popular Polar Bear Splash, the 33rd edition, at Noon on Saturday on the ice at Tip-Up Island.
