ANGOLA, IN (WTVB) – Cameron Memorial Community Hospital (CMCH) announced today that Greg Burns is no longer serving as its CEO and President. CMCH Board Chair, Dave Goodwin stated that while Burns provided leadership through many projects, his most notable contribution to CMCH was the planning and execution of a new facility for our community. Burns was instrumental in acquiring property, securing the USDA financing and overseeing construction. The board is grateful to Burns for his leadership and contributions throughout these six years.
“Cameron Memorial Community Hospital has highly qualified administrators, employees, physicians and volunteers who will continue to focus on providing the highest possible quality care to every patient, every time,” said Goodwin. “That is our mission.”
The CMCH board has appointed Goodwin as the interim CEO. The search for a new CEO will begin immediately. Chief Operating Officer Connie McCahill and Chief Financial Officer Doug Bomba will supervise the day to day operations at CMCH.
