ANGOLA, IN (WTVB) – Cameron Memorial Community Hospital is proud to partner with the Pokagon Shrine Club to offer a pediatric screening to help identify children that could benefit from the care Shriner’s Hospitals provide. Common issues that Shriner’s helps include kids that suffer from burns, spinal cord injury, orthopedic injuries and cleft lip and palate. The screening will take place on April 11, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Cameron Hospital.
“This is a great opportunity for the Steuben County community,” said Connie McCahill, Cameron’s C.O.O. “Shriner’s hospital is well-respected, and we are proud to partner with Pokagon Shrine Club to bring this service to our area.”
The screening is open to children 18 and younger, who will be evaluated to determine if they are eligible for the services provided by Shriner’s Hospital. For more information, call the Mizpah Shrine office at 260-426-4543.
