COLDWATER (WTVB) – Kevin Vaughn was named Vice President of Finance for Southern Michigan Bank & Trust in an announcement made by John H. Castle, Chairman and CEO of Southern Michigan Bank & Trust.
Mr. Vaughn was formerly a Bank Examiner for the Indiana Department of Financial Institutions for the past twelve years. Kevin earned his MBA with an Accounting Accreditation from Indiana Wesleyan University and his B.S. in Management with a minor in Finance from Purdue University.
“Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge within the banking industry,” stated Danice Chartrand, Chief Financial Officer, “His unique perspective having been a bank examiner will make him a key addition to our company, not only for the accounting department, but bank-wide.”
Kevin resides in Wolcottville, Indiana with his wife and three children and volunteers as a coach for his son’s t-ball and soccer leagues.
