COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Michigan Department of Transportation says a couple of road projects are coming up in the Branch County area. One of them starts Thursday south of Coldwater. M-DOT says there will be lane closures with a temporary traffic signal for bridge repairs on Fenn Road over I-69. It’s expected to take two weeks for the repairs, which are scheduled to be finished on July 2nd.
On Monday, June 22nd, M-DOT will start their two month project of repaving M-60 at Tekonsha. Crews will be working on three quarters of a mile of the highway from west of I-69 to Old 27. The construction will include drainage improvements, guardrail upgrades, pavement markings, and new signs. The M-60 repaving that begins Monday is scheduled to be done by Friday, August 21st.
