LANSING, MI (WTVB) – Michigan Gas Utility residential customers will be paying a bit more for natural gas services beginning next month. The Michigan Public Service Commission Thursday approved a settlement agreement reconciling MGU’s 2014 energy optimization revenues and expenses and to revise surcharges.
Effective August 1, 2015, residential customers using 100 ccf of natural gas a month will see an increase of 11 cents on their monthly bills. The utility and the MPSC staff participated in the settlement.
