COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A long time officer of the Branch Intermediate School District Board of Education will be back for another year of service with the BISD. Board President John Schroll was re-appointed to the post at yesterday’s annual organizational meeting. Schroll has led the Board in that capacity for 15 years.
Following the annual session, the Board held its regular July meeting. The agenda included the hiring of a new special education supervisor. Viveca Skean comes to the BISD from the Calhoun Intermediate School District, where she’s been a special education consultant. Skean also previously was a principal at an elementary school in Albion.
