COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – It’s day 3 coming up for the Branch County Fair which continues through Saturday at the Fairgrounds in Coldwater. It’s Pioneer Kids Day at the fair with the schedule including the Swine Showmanship in the Show Shelter at 6 pm. There are also three BMX free shows at 3 p.m.,5 p.m., and 7 p.m. in the amphitheater from Solution Action Sports, LLC. Tomorrow, it’s Veterans Day at the Fair.
The Republican Fair Booth Question of the Day Monday was “ Should Congress approve the Iran Nuclear Deal?”. The results were 6 yes, 74 no, and 2 undecided. The question of the day today is, “The Branch County Board of Commissioners has identified the County Jail as a priority due to infrastructure and overcrowding issues and will continue to assess the situation of whether to build a new jail or continue with repairs on the current facility. Do you agree that this should be a priority?”
