COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Planning Commission has only one item on the agenda for its September meeting Tuesday, but it’s a big one: a kick-off presentation to begin the long process of revising the city’s Master Plan, the policy document that will guide land use, zoning ordinance changes, and overall development goals for many years to come.
The city’s current Master Plan was adopted in December 2002, with prior Master Plans adopted in 1994, 1977, and the original document in 1959.
Tuesday’s meeting begins at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at the Henry L. Brown Municipal Building.
