QUINCY, MI (WTVB) – A Quincy man is being held at the Branch County Jail on domestic violence, assault by strangulation and fourth degree child abuse charges after being arrested in connection with a Tuesday incident in Quincy. 21-year old Corey Matthew Loyer was arraigned in Branch County District Court yesterday with his bond set at $35,000.
The alleged crimes happened where Loyer lives with his address listed at 8 North Main Street in Quincy. Details have not been released by Quincy Village Police. Loyer, who remains behind bars, has his next court appearance scheduled for October 15, 2015 for a probable cause hearing.
