COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Community Health Center of Branch County is hosting a Community Forum on Thursday, October 15, 2015 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. to provide an update on CHC’s strategic partnership process. The Community Forum will be held at the CHC Community Care and Conference Center at 370 East Chicago Street in Coldwater.
