BRANCH COUNTY, MI (WTVB) – The rain in tonight’s forecast won’t stop little ghouls and goblins from partaking in Halloween evening festivities throughout Branch County. In Coldwater, trick-or-treat hours will be from 5-6:30pm. The annual Halloween Parade, with the theme “Things That Glow in the Night,” will follow beginning at 7:30, stepping off from Hudson St. and heading west on US-12 to Pierson St. Trick-or-treating will be from 5-7pm in Bronson and Tekonsha, and from 6-8pm in Quincy and Union City. Bronson’s Halloween Parade begins at 6:30pm at the PNC Bank parking lot and will head east toward Chicago Street School, where S.P.O.O.K.S., a safe trick-or-treating alternative, will take place. Quincy’s Halloween Parade begins at 6pm at Jennings Elementary; the parade route will follow Fulton to Jefferson to Main to Liberty Street. Safe trick-or-treating back at Jennings Elementary will follow until 8pm.
