KALAMAZOO, MI (WTVB) – Consumers Credit Union has been named one of the 2015 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For™ by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR).
This is a nationally recognized award and was based on many key factors a few listed were: Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions, Work-Life Balance, Employee achievement, etc. National award winners are chosen from the winners of local competitions held earlier in the year.

A recent staff survey revealed employee engagement at 4.35 out of 5, and the 2015 member survey reported an overall satisfaction rate of 98.16%. Of members surveyed, a record 91.93% said they were very satisfied with the credit union’s services. This year, Consumers was also named one of Michigan’s Best and Brightest in Wellness™.
