COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Board of Education will hold the first of its two semi-annual organizational meetings Monday night at 6pm. The Board will elect its officers for the 2016 calendar year and make appointments to various board committees. Following that meeting, and before the Board conducts its regular monthly meeting, there will be a reception in the Administration Center board room in honor of School Board Recognition Month.
The Coldwater City Council will also meet in regular session Monday night. Budget amendments for the current fiscal year will be considered, and the Council will hear an assessment of the condition of the Kids Kingdom playground at Parkhurst Park, ahead of possible improvements and upgrades for the 18-year-old community-built facility.
Also meeting for its regular monthly session Monday night: the Community Health Center Board of Trustees.
