COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The frigid forecast was right on target for this weekend for Branch County and southern lower Michigan with Coldwater’s first subzero temperatures for this winter recorded this morning along with double-digit below zero wind chill readings. It appears it could be a repeat performance for Sunday morning with the Polar Vortex in place for another day before above freezing conditions reappear for the first part of next week with highs reaching into the mid to upper 30’s.
