CLEVELAND, OH (WTVB) – The detroit Pistons wrapped up the regular season with a 112-110 overtime win against the Cavaliers in Cleveland last night. Jodie Meeks led Detroit with 20 points in his first game since breaking his foot in late October. Anthony Tolliver and Spencer Dinwiddie each added 15 points.
Both teams rested their starters ahead of their upcoming playoff matchup. Number eight-seed Detroit will tip off against the number one-seed Cleveland in the first round.

(Auburn Hills, MI) — The Pistons have signed guard Lorenzo Brown to a contract. He averaged 18.3 points, 5.9 assists and 5.5. rebounds in 25 games with the Pistons NBA Developmental League affiliate in Grand Rapids. According to head coach Stan Van Gundy, Brown was primarily brought back for the next few days of practice as Reggie Jackson is expected to be limited with an abdominal strain.
Bulls Sink Sixers
(Chicago, IL) — Nikola Mirotic scored 32 points to lead the Bulls to a 115-105 win over the 76ers in the season finale for both teams. Justin Holiday added 29 points for the Bulls, who end the year 42-and-40. Chicago missed the playoffs for the first time since the 2007-08 season.

(Oakland, CA) — The Warriors have made NBA history. Golden State broke the single-season wins record with a 125-104 victory over the Grizzlies in its season finale. The Warriors eclipsed the 72-win mark set by Michael Jordan’s Bulls during the 1995-96 season.
Bryant Puts On Show In Career Finale
(Los Angeles, CA) — Kobe Bryant made sure he went out with a bang. Bryant went off for 60 points in the Lakers’ 101-96 win over the Jazz at the STAPLES Center as his 20-year career came to a close. It was the most points scored in the NBA this season and the sixth time in Bryant’s career he scored 60 or more points. He attempted 50 shots, three more than his previous career high.
