COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Michigan State University Extension Food Safety Team and the MSU Product Center will host a workshop for Michigan entrepreneurs on Monday, April 18 from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Branch County’s MSU Extension Office at 570 Marshall Road in Coldwater.
The cost is $20 and includes a certificate of participation.
The training will focus on the Cottage Food Law Guidelines, foods permitted to sell, food safety procedures, storing and transporting your products and making your business profitable.
