COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Nearly two dozen food establishments around Branch County have been given “Certificates of Excellence” in food service for 2015 by the Branch-Hillsdale-St. Joseph Community Health Agency’s Board of Health.
Food establishments must meet stringent criteria in order to get the honor.They must have had no Priority or Priority foundation items and no more than three core items cited during an onsite inspection.
A total of 92 food service establishments in the three counties the agency serves received the award. Inspections are normally held twice a year.
