EAST GILEAD, MI (WTVB) – A Coldwater man escaped serious injuries on Saturday morning when his pickup truck rolled over on Southern Road near Block Road in Gilead Township.
The Branch County Sheriff’s Department says 75-year-old Richard Platter was taken to Cameron Hospital in Angola after he was freed from the vehicle with what were described as non-life threatening injuries.
The crash was reported at about 10:45 a.m. The Branch County Sheriff’s Department, Lakeland Fire Department, and Life Care Ambulance were among those called to the scene.
The Sheriff’s Department is still investigating the accident.
