COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Community Health Center of Branch County Board of Trustees approved a ten year lease agreement with My Community Dental Centers on Tuesday evening.
Hospital President and C.E.O. Randy DeGroot said about 3,000 square feet in the Community Care and Conference Center would be used with an annual rent of $34,500. Part of the agreement calls for CHC to complete a white box buildout which is not to exceed $100,000.
DeGroot said the dental center will be a valuable service to the community.
My Community Dental Centers operate throughout Michigan. They are also located in Sturgis, Hillsdale and Three RIvers.
