COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Three Indiana residents were arraigned on Monday in Branch County District Court after they were arrested last Friday on numerous drug charges.
28-year-old Kasey Giffin of Fremont, 22-year-old Felicia Giffin of Angola and 30-year-old Ryan Workman of Keystone were charged with operating and maintaining a meth lab as well as for operating and maintaining a lab with hazardous waste.
Among the other charges were delivery and manufacturing meth as well as being in possession of meth.
Felicia Giffin is facing seven charges while Workman is facing six charges and Kasey Giffin was charged with five counts.
Since Workman has a previous criminal history, his bond has been set at $250,000 while bond for the Giffins was set at $125,000.
All three are scheduled to appear for probable cause hearings on June 21st and preliminary exams June 28, 2016.
Court documents indicate the arrests took place after Kasey Giffin, who had a warrant for his arrest out of Steuben County, had come to the Coldwater Meijer Store to allegedly buy pseudoephedrine in order to make meth.
Felicia Giffin and Workman were later arrested in a van that authorities say contained among things syringes and an active meth lab.
