THREE RIVERS, MI (WTVB) – Three persons have been arrested by Three Rivers Police following the suspected heroin overdose death of a 28-year-old local man.
Police arrested 51-year-old Shelly Ann Howard of Constantine along with 35-year-old Joshua Brent Tuckerman-Raymer and 59-year-old Rebecca Webber who are both from Three Rivers. They were all charged with delivery of a controlled substance causing death.
The name of the man who died last Friday is not being released at this time. A used syringe was found on the victim’s person.
Police say the victim asked Tuckerman-Raymer to buy him some heroin.
Tuckerman-Raymer allegedly bought to drug from Webber. Police say Tuckerman-Raymer then gave it to Howard who then provided it to the victim.
All three suspects are lodged in the St. Joseph County Jail on $250,000 bond. Results of an autopsy are pending. Three Rivers Police were assisted by the St. Joseph County Narcotics Unit.
