COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Zoning Board of Appeals approved a dimensional variance request on Wednesday night from Arnold’s Auto Parts at 20 East Chicago.
The business was seeking the variance for a new smaller sign above the automotive and machine shop to replace one that was broken.
Since not all five members of the board were present on Wednesday, two applicants decided to delay presenting their petitions until next months meeting.
In addition, Wednesday was the first meeting for Joe Hayes after he was appointed to the board by Mayor Tom Kramer and confirmed by the City Council.
