COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Tommy’s House is getting some help from Women Who Care of Branch County.
At the groups recent meeting, they voted to give funds from the meeting to the new transitional home for women that is being opened in Coldwater. Tommy’s House will help women who are getting out of jail transition back into everyday living.
The amount donated at the one-hour meeting was $9,200 putting the group at a total donation to the community of $75,500.
Tommy’s House plans to use the funds to get the program off the ground and the home renovations completed in the house they recently purchased.
