COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) The recently released Target Market Analysis report for Branch County and more specifically for the City of Coldwater is now available on the City’s website.
Just log onto www.coldwater.org and click on “Housing Market Study” on the home page.
City Manager Jeff Budd said during Monday night’s City Council the report shows a greater need for more attached housing such as duplex and triplex type housing structures.
The T.M.A. was a collaborative effort put together for the region and funded by the Michigan Economic Development Corporation and the Michigan State Housing Development Authority.
