BRONSON, MI (WTVB) – The 47th Annual Bronson Polish Festival is next week and a $1.7 million bridge project east of the city will force many festival goers to take an alternate route.
Crews have spent the last week removing the bridge on U.S. 12 over Swan Creek. A new bridge will be built but normal traffic will not resume until sometime in the fall as the project is scheduled to be completed by the end of the October.
U.S. 12 traffic is being detoured around the bridge construction on M-86 and M-66 as well as on Log Road.
