COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A four day workshop that will show participants how to succeed as a supervisor will be held next month at the Kellogg Community College Grahl Center in Coldwater.
The 17 hours of training will be on August 23, 25 and 30 and on September 1, 2016.
Topics to be covered include evaluating supervisory and leadership qualities, communication and key interpersonal skills, managing performance problems and coaching vs. bossing.
