COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A Coldwater man has been arraigned following an alleged home invasion on Wednesday night in Quincy.
21-year-old Jerry Wayne Goodlett is facing six charges including a count of First Degree Home Invasion following an investigation by the Michigan State Police.
Goodlett is also facing four weapons charges and was booked on a failure to appear warrant.
State Police say in court documents that Goodlett allegedly pointed a weapon at the occupant of a home after entering without permission.
Bond has been set at $50,000. If Goodlett posts bond, he can not contact the alleged victim or possess any weapons.
A probable cause hearing was scheduled for August 23, 2016 with a preliminary exam on August 30.
