COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Around 500 runners in Coldwater Saturday morning laced up their shoes, then got pelted with colored corn starch for a good cause. It was the annual Living Color Living United 5-K for the Banch County United Way.
According to United Way Executive Director Judy Krzeminski, around $14,000 was raised by the event, which was headquartered at Heritage Park. The money will go toward work being done in Branch County in the areas of education, income, and health.
