COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater High School Cardinal Field press box situation is still very much up in the air for the opening home varsity football game against Marshall September 1, 2016. There are still some issues to work out and Superintendent Terry Boguth says an inspection is scheduled for this week to determine if temporary occupancy will be allowed.
Boguth also reported that a realtor has been found for the sale of the school administration building on Sauk River Drive. Century 21 of Kalamazoo submitted the lone proposal after 73 requests for proposals were sent out to local realtors.
She said Century 21 of Kalamazoo has local ties as John Martin lives in Coldwater and Rich Miller used to be a Coldwater teacher.
Future plans call for the moving of the administration offices into the Lincoln Learning Center. A final price has not been set but Century 21 said in their proposal they would sell the building for $569,000.
