COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A Sturgis teenager was arraigned Thursday in Branch County District Court on drug related charges following an investigation by Bronson Police.
18-year-old Noah Bailey Persing was arrested after police said in court documents that a traffic stop in May led to the alleged discovery of marijuana and methamphetamine in his vehicle.
Persing was booked at the Branch County Jail on charges of delivery and manufacturing meth and marijuana and possession of a controlled substance. His bond has been set at $50,000.
A probable cause hearing was scheduled for September 13 with a preliminary exam set for September 20, 2016.
