COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – One of four Indiana drug suspects arrested in Coldwater June 10, 2016 entered into a plea agreement with prosecutors in Branch County Circuit Court Monday.
A court spokesperson says Ryan Thomas Workman entered guilty pleas to charges of operating and maintaining a methamphetamine lab and possession of meth.
Four other charges will be dismissed by prosecutors in exchange for his guilty pleas. Sentencing has been scheduled for October 24, 2016.
Branch County court documents indicated the four were arrested after one of the them came to the Coldwater Meijer Store to buy pseudophedrine in order to make meth.
Workman and a woman were later arrested in a van that authorities say contained, among other things, syringes and an active meth lab.
