COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A former Quincy man was arraigned Friday in Branch County District Court on two second degree criminal sexual conduct charges.
Following a Michigan State Police investigation, court officials say 26-year-old Brian Robert Bostain was charged in connection with alleged incidents involving a seven year old girl last March.
Bond was set at $50,000 with no ten percent allowed. A no contact order was also issued on behalf of the alleged victim if Bostain should post bond.
He is scheduled to appear for a probable cause conference in District Court on September 27th with a preliminary exam scheduled for October 4th.
