STURGIS, MI (WTVB) – A 28-year-old Colon man was arrested for possession of methamphetamine by the St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Department on Saturday in Sturgis while he was riding a bicycle.
A deputy saw two men riding bikes on Lakeview Street near U.S. 12. When the deputy attempted to stop them. the bicyclists split up but they were later apprehended.
During the investigation, one of the men was found to be in possession of Meth and later lodged at the St. Joseph County Jail.
Sturgis Police assisted at the scene.
