COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) -A Bronson man who entered a no contest plea to domestic violence third offense was ordered by Branch County Circuit Court Judge Bill O’Grady to serve 10 to 25 years in the Michigan Department of Corrections on Monday.
47-year-old Lee Roger Heinrich entered into a plea bargain agreement with Branch County Prosecutors. Charges of torture and unlawful imprisonment were dismissed in exchange for the no contest plea.
His sentence will run concurrent with probation time in another case.
Heinrich was charged following a June 25, 2016 incident at his home.
