COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A Union City man was arraigned on Thursday in Branch County District Court following his arrest in an undercover drug investigation involving the specialized drug team known as S.W.E.T..
26-year-old Ryan James Stoner has been charged by Branch County prosecutors with delivery and manufacturing of methamphetamine.
A probable cause hearing was scheduled for next Thursday. Stoner’s preliminary exam was scheduled for October 5th.
Bond has been set at $50,000 with no ten percent allowed.
According to court documents, Stoner is accused of allegedly selling meth to a confidential informant for S.W.E.T. on July 7th.
