COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A man is facing a pair of resisting and obstructing charges followed a pair of recent alleged confrontations with police in Quincy.
50-year-old Kevin Eugene King was charged by Branch County Prosecutors following the alleged incidents on September 18, 2016 in downtown Quincy and this past Monday on the west side of the village.
Court documents indicate officers had to use pepper spray on King in the second incident.
Bond has been set at $15,000. A probable cause hearing in Branch County District Court has been scheduled for next Tuesday with a preliminary exam on October 11, 2016.
