COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Steve Kasperski and Mike Galliers were honored Friday night with the Paul Harris Fellow award, which is the highest honor bestowed on members of the Coldwater Noon Rotary Club.
A donation of $1,000 will be made in the names of Kasperski and Galliers to the Coldwater Rotary Foundation.
The award is named for the founder of Rotary International. Kasperski and Galliers are the 49th and 50th members of the Coldwater Noon Rotary selected for the honor given to those in the club who best exemplify the organization’s motto of service above self.
It should be noted that while other Rotary Clubs allow their members to purchase their Paul Harris fellowships, the Noon Rotary in Coldwater continues its tradition of selecting their award winners based on merit and their service to the community.
