STURGIS, MI (WTVB) – The Branch-Hillsdale-St. Joseph Community Health Agency has announced a fourth public dental center will soon be opening in Sturgis.
The center will be operated by My Community Dental Centers on behalf of the CHA.
The center will be open to the community and will serve children and adults enrolled in Medicaid, including Healthy Kids Dental, MiChild and the Healthy Michigan Plan, as well as low income people who lack dental insurance.
The center will also serve persons with private insurance.
There are 31 public dental centers operating on behalf of local health departments throughout Michigan.
The center in the Maplecrest Plaza is expected to open next month.
