COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – One of four Indiana drug suspects arrested in Coldwater June 2016 was sentenced Monday in Branch County Circuit Court.
30-year-old Ryan Thomas Workman was given concurrent one year sentences after he entered guilty pleas to charges of operating and maintaining a methamphetamine lab and possession of meth.
Four other drug-related charges and a habitual offender enhancement were dismissed by prosecutors in exchange for his guilty pleas.
Branch County court documents indicated the four were arrested after one of the them came to the Coldwater Meijer Store to buy pseudophedrine in order to make meth.
Workman and a woman were later arrested in a van that authorities say contained, among other things, syringes and an active meth lab.
