COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A former Quincy man was bound over to Branch County Circuit Court Thursday following his District Court preliminary exam on two second degree criminal sexual conduct charges.
26-year-old Brian Robert Bostain was charged in connection with alleged incidents involving a seven year old girl last March.
He was arrested following a Michigan State Police investigation.
Bond remains at $50,000 with no ten percent allowed. A no contact order has been issued on behalf of the alleged victim if Bostain should post bond.
