COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater City Council scheduled a January 9, 2017 public hearing Monday night for an Industrial Facilities Abatement Application that was submitted by Clemens Food Group. The approval came under the Council’s consent agenda.
Clemens is seeking a 12 year abatement on the real property portion and six years for the personal property component.
The overall investment is estimated at over $1.7 million which is the true cash value. Clemens already has one abatement on the books. The project is expected to create 644 jobs over the next two years.
