QUINCY, MI (WTVB) – The Quincy Village Council will be asked to renew the contract of Village Manager Eric Zuzga Tuesday night.
Zuzga has been the Quincy Village Manager since 2004. Council President Karen Hargreave said in a letter to the Council that it has been four years since his last contract was negotiated.
During that time, Zuzga’s salary stayed the same twice so that other village staff could see an increase in their wages.
His current salary is $64,000. The proposed agreement would raise it to $70,000 effective on April 1, 2017.
The salary for the remaining years of the contract would be set by the Village Council during the annual budget process.
