COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Final preparations are underway for Icefest this Saturday in downtown Coldwater, sponsored by the Coldwater Area Chamber of Commerce.
There will be three live ice carvings in the downtown Four Corners Parks at 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., and 3:00 p.m.
New to the outdoor festival this year will be three live wood carvings, in the northwest Four Corners Park at 10:00 a.m., 12 noon, and 2:00 p.m.
A number of downtown businesses will offer live artistry demonstrations by several local artists.
The Chicago Avenue Building will be the site of the “Royal Chevy Big Top” featuring a kids carnival. Admission for children is $5.00
Several businesses downtown will also will be offering warming stations.
The day begins with a pancake breakfast the Masonic Temple, and conclude with a Pub Crawl beginning at 4:00 pm.
