COLDWATER, MI (WTVB)- The Tibbits Opera Foundation and Arts Council will hold its annual meeting Thursday night at the opera house.
Tibbits Executive Director Christine Delany says the event will feature a presentation from the Michigan Humanities Council and a preview of the new exhibit on Yemen-American culture and history.
The meeting will include a review of the 2015-16 fiscal year, a financial report of the theatre, and highlights for the year ahead.
There will be a reception at 5:30 p.m. in the downstairs gallery followed by the annual meeting which is held each year according to Tibbits’ Articles of Incorporation.
It will be followed by the boards annual organizational meeting during which time they will elect officers for 2017.
The public is invited to attend but only Tibbits members will be allowed to vote.
