MARSHALL, MI (WTVB) – Michigan Democratic Senator Debbie Stabenow is scheduled to mark a stop in Marshall on Saturday as part of her statewide tour of local small businesses.
She is scheduled to deliver remarks at the 14th annual Michigan Family Farms Conference at Marshall High School starting at 1:30pm.
From there, she is scheduled to make stops at Darling Ace Hardware, the Dark Horse Brewing Company and Schuler’s Restaurant and Pub as she will be meeting with business owners and employees.
The U.S. Small Business Administration says Michigan’s small businesses employed over half of the state’s private workforce in 2012.
